I have an 08 Kia Cee'd 1.6D LS.

I have noticed a problem with the CD Player. I usually copy my CDs onto blank CDs for playing in the car to keep the originals safe and use these in the car. I have notice that when I eject a CD, the player only pops out about 10mm of the CD making it dificult to get hold of. Then when you put a new CD in, the player reports a bad disc until you eject and push it back in then it seems OK.

Any one else seen this issue?

I also find the RDS Traffic Advice a little sensitive. It often drops into traffic setting and there is no sound as if it picks up eroneus signals.

Again, anyone else experienced a similar issue.

Thanks.

Not too sure about the RDS feature / issue but as for the CD, I have had the exact same problem with bad CD's.

The CD player seems tom be more affected by cheaper blank CD's than the more expensive ones.
Possible difference in CD thickness or CD coating type - I do not know for sure.

If possible you could try purchasing a more expensive CD brand and trying this.
I tried Sony Blank audio CD's and I did not have such a problem, but now I mostly use the USB pen drive for songs.

I hope it helps.
