It’s next to the button on the left. Use a toothpick or biro point. It‘s the same as a Ctrl-Alt-Del on a PC so you don’t lose any data
However it may just be that the car isn’t getting a good mobile signal, but worth a try anyway.
Kia use the Vodafone network, so it may be prudent to Google the Vodafone coverage in your area to see if it’s up to the job, however if it’s not very strong there’s very little (if anything) you can do about it.
I have had a lot of problems with the new Kia App. I didn’t uninstall the old Kia Connect and have run both side by side for the last few weeks. The old Kia Connect has communicated perfectly with the car but the new Kia App has had constant issues. The new Kia App just made a connection to the car after I logged out of my account and then logged in again, but no idea how long the handshake will last for. The original Kia Connect App still appears in the Play Store so you could try installing it and doing a comparison.
