On my 2018 Sportage 2 Manual that switch is on the centre console on the driver's side in front of the gear lever.

Mine is a pre 2018 facelift Sportage 2 manual (registered in May 2018) and it has it with the button as I described above. But the brochure that was appllicable then describes models with and without ISG (both petrol and diesel, both manual and auto BUT the the 2.0 litre CRDi engines do NOT have ISG in either 134 or 182 bhp models in manual or auto).
