Found 2 wires red/black hanging down behind the dashboard drivers side near the 4wheel drive switch .both ave been taped up with insulation tape and ave male connectors on them any ideas as 2 what they me be or come from
Everything seems 2 be working ok

Probably that a previous owner fitted a switch to stop the TOD clutch engaging in the transfer box and then removed it before selling it.
