Just received and email from our supplying dealer titled as above.
The text of the email reads as:
As part of Kia's continuous product quality improvement programme we have been notified by Kia UK that your Sorento MQ4 PHEV 3 1.6P AT AWD MY21 ME has a product enhancement available.
Our records show that your vehicle, Registration ---- (removed by iooi for security) falls within the specified chassis range.
In order for us to complete this important work free of charge please contact our service team as soon as possible. We will arrange a convenient time to inspect the car and complete any necessary work.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Does anyone have any idea what this is about? I wil call the dealer when they open but I was wondering if it was a recall or something as simple as a software update.
