Hi,

First post since buying a 2010 Kia Cee'd 3 1.6CRDi 6sp on Saturday.

Loving the car, drives really well and is very smooth, quiet and comfortable when driving.

However, when the car is warmed up it idle's really rough. There's a strong vibration in the footwell and seat. It feels like either there isn't enough fuel, or air getting to the engine.

Once on the move the car is perfect. I'm going to have a word with the dealer tomorrow, but was interested to know if anyone has had the same issue, or heard of it, or is it normal?

Cheers in advance all.

It idles about 900rpm once warmed up.

It seems better today, but I have rev'ed the car much harder today as I wondered if it just needed a good drive.

Could it be the EGR or Trottle Body sticking slightly? I used to have this issue on my Vectra CDTi.
