Have a good read of the manual to understand the different ways to charge the battery.

 

Welcome to the forum. Not knowing your technical experience and trying no to sound like I'm stating the obvious, but have you had it plugged in to charge the battery? And if you have did it show it was charging?

 

It’s not the electric battery, I meant the hybrid battery gauge

 

I would be worried if the Hybrid battery is showing zero. Surprised there is not a error/warning message on screen.

But as above are you charging it up?

I've never seen zero! It usually bottoms out at around 15%.

 

Please let us have a picture of the dash showing the 'hybrid battery' gauge you are referring to .
It may be you are seeing 0 miles on the battery, does the pic below look like what you are seeing? With the battery showing 0 miles and not 44 as in this one.
Or is it the bar gauge at the bottom showing 0? This is estimated miles to the gallon and will always show 0 before setting off.
