Assuming you have either a GTLS or a '4' spec then the lights don't actually dip, the LED matrix is actively modulated to avoid dazzling oncoming drivers. I've noticed that the blue indication stays on throughout, which initially confused us as being at odds with our previous 2017 Sportage. You can disable the ILS or change the speed at which it becomes active, but you can't change the sensitivity.

The main beam system is actually the only problem I've had with my Sportage. The switch was faulty on the dip/main stalk when I received it and I had to master the system well enough to convince the dealership that I wasn't an idiot before they agreed to have the car back for repairs!
