This is very strange, i leased a car 8 minths ago and it was stipulated by mail that it would be the kia soul EV with a 64 kwh battery. Now we finally get the car and it is 100 % charged but we noticed the range only showed 250 km (155 miles) no where near the 400+ that you get from the 64 kwh version. How. Can i find out what car i have if my vin number does not show me anything fruitfull only except that it is a kia soul
Hope some avid kia soul fan can help me or anyone for that matter
EDIT: forgot to add that it is a 2021 car

That sounds frustrating, not what you want for an outlay if this level. Have you contacted the lease company for a detailed spec based on the reg you received rather than what you ordered?
Alternatively message kia Cs on here with your vin and they should be able to give you specifics.

Not sure which country you are in from your flag shown, India?.
Best bet would be to contact local Kia as they would be able to tell via VIN.

I take it you are taking the figure from the GOM (Guess O Meter) and these are known to not always being spot on, as well as working from historic data.

If you check out Bjørn Nyland on u-tube he uses a app that shows all sorts of data on the battery.
