On Citroen/Pugs, the resistors don't go, it's a transistor module that blows, then the blower motor runs at full power all the time! Damn annoying. The transistors are not high enough spec for the load they have to carry, so it's actually better to repair it yourself by soldering in decent transistors to the blown module than spending a fortune on a new one.
Yeh your right there M4. Just had a look on the Carens parts diag and it is a transistor field effect module for 2006 on models. Part number 97179-1F200.
On 2002 on models its showing a resistor type. Part number 0K30C-61B15.
