Had the same on my, stonic. Just seemed to say unable to action.... Next day worked fine....

Apart from that problem...

How do you find it? I currently have all my music on a USB stick but of course that prevents me plugging-in my phone (which also has loads of music on it) and using Android Auto...

I know I could test it myself but I wondered how you got on with it - when it works obviously! :grin:

 

A quick test later...

'Hey Google, play some Elton John' (for instance) didn't work for me either...

I could get it to play from my phone but I didn't think that the sound quality was as good as USB...

...so I've put the USB back.

 

When it worked it was great. I could ask for pretty much any song, which was a great novelty for my 6 year old.

 

Yes, I have it running in the house with Google Homes all over - it is sensational.

But I wasn't impressed in the car and will probably remove Android Auto from my phone... It has an annoying habit of displaying my last call on the phone when I get in the car - and if the phone is in my pocket it often dials it!

I reckon I'll stick with the 64Gb USB stick with all my music on it and Bluetooth for my phone - nobody calls me anyway!

 

...and now it's working again. No rhyme or reason to it....
