I have heard (from another post on another web site) that there are quite a few stickers on white van's now with the usual "hows my driving" type of thing.

The only problem is that the phone numbers are adult chat lines !

Go to Staples and buy Inkjet Printer Sticker sheets and print one yourself.

I really don't know where they sell those stickers. Instead of you trying to find where, I would suggest you go to a sticker maker and have yourself a customized one.
