Poor fuel with contaminates.....leads to a contaminated fuel tank....! Cheap supermarket fuel of filling up in the pouring rain, not putting cap on firmly or even using a Gerry can can sometimes allow water to get in to the tank. Although most are plastic nowadays anywayEdited by: RichieD76

cheers for info,
£3000 to replace tank,pump,sender ,injector,pipes and flush out. always use shell or bp fuel so cant understand were its come from.but Kia are saying itsexternal.wouldn'tbuy another kia car ever.
watchthis space for more problems with kia cars.
