Hello all
Could one of you nice men please tell me how to change a diesel fuel filter on our 54 carens,
my other half was going to do it but was put off by a mate at work, who said it was a specialist job as the system has to be bled and all sorts of vacume pumps to draw diesel through, have to be used
With jnr on the way we cant afford a big bill at the moment,
So if it is possible for a diy fix can some one please do a step by step approach to the job
thanks in advance
Debbie

Takes about 15 mins.
Remove the airbox complete for access, filter is on the bulkhead, if he can do average diy, the rest really should be obvious once he see's it, it'll bleed itself, just keeping turning the car over til it starts, will take a couple of goes.
