I've had to take Sporty out of semi retirement due to a broken front spring on the runabout Swift. I had to put some petrol in, and at the garage, noticed that I didn't have to press the edge of the flap to open it. I just pulled at the edge and it opened. After filling went to close flap but it was slightly proud of the opening. It wouldn't close enough so that you had to press it to open. It does lock when car is locked, but is still proud. Is the flap adjustable, and if so how do you do it. Cheers Guys.

i am not familiar with this car. there may be a small probe on an actuator that locks unlocks the flap together with the car doors.
see if you can grip it with a tong or suitable plier. work it back and forth while applying lubricant.
it may require locking/ unlocking the car with the flap open.
