Remove cap from brake fluid resoviour, put some rag in neck to catch any spillages
Remove wheels.
Remove 17mm bolts from caliper.
Remove caliper taking care not to strech hose
remove old pads, and metal clips if you have new ones, otherwise wire brush old ones.
Using G clamp or pump liers, push caliper pistons fully home, use old pad to cover both pistons.
Apply some coppa slip to edges of pads where they slide into caliper carrier, taking care not to get any on disc or pad friction surface.
Now refit caliper, check slider bolts have plenty of lube, apply some coppa slip if dry, refit bolts, wheels, pump pedal til hard, check fluid level and refit cap.
Take for a drive, warning first couple of brake applications will feel horrible, so take it steady.
