Am i right in saying that if i leave my lights in the on position the lights will stay on for 15-30 seconds or if i press the lock button on my key. That this will not drain my battery in any way? Just wary as i have never had this feature.
Also according to my car description i have puddle lights but i dont.....nothing on the wing mirror anyway.
I have a 1.4 pro ceed vr7 special edition.

That won't be enough to drain the battery, no! As long as you don't keep unlocking and locking to turn them off and on!

I may be wrong but I believe puddle lights are only on models with auto folding mirrors. Look underneath the mirrors, is there a small panel that looks like a lense? If there is have a look on your instrument cluster settings - welcome lighting may be turned off.
Hope this helps!
