Five hour charge last night stopped after an hour, now my Hypervolt charger is offline. Unsure if the iccu caused it or the charger is at fault. Will ring Hypervolt tomorrow to see if they can get my charger running again. In the meantime I guess I will have to venture onto a weekly public charger...not used one yet.
Yes as @ashpole suggests a reboot works wonders. I have a Hypervolt and when trying to lock the charger it was constantly showing 'Pending' and a quick reboot solved it.
I would also reboot your internet router. Looking at your screen shot your phone is on 5g with no wifi.

Took the photo remotely away from home. Full router connection. Never disconnected for three months.

As per a computer.
Flick the RCD off for a few mins & then on again. Some people report OHME does the same, thankfully never had the issue.

In reality IOgo will charge when it wants.
Which is why I like to mine in the daytime, aside from saving money.

Thanks. Tried that off 25 mins, still offline. Tried searching for networks with the phone connected the same network, very close to the charger, no networks found, not even our second router.

Hi Soula

I will wait to see what they say but a new ICCU after three weeks is not acceptable in my view. It's a fundamental part of the vehicle charging architecture it should not fail. The worry is that looking at this forum and others and also across the hyundai forums it appears to be a know issue. However, lets see I will post when I get an answer.
There is no such thing as 100% reliability, things occasionally go wrong with any product. The EV3 has only just been released so will likely have a higher rate of unexpected issues compared with a mature system, but, check the forum, even those have problems. For me what matters is.

How frequently problems arise (so far I have only seen a few reports of ICCU problems so I assume most EV3s are working okay?)

How the supplier responds (Kia have issued a firmware update that presumably fixes some issue, but not mine. My dealer has started to investigated quickly but it takes time because of the need to drive 100 - 200 miles between test charges)

I have Home Assistant monitoring my whole house electricity usage. I know the charge rate has never fallen as I have never seen a drop in energy usage during the 5 hour OG charging window. The background house usage is a fraction of what the car uses, so if the car stopped pulling 7 kW, it would be immediately obvious.

The amount of charge that has gone into the car also matches expectations of charging at 7 kW. A fall to 1.4 kW would result in a noticeable reduction in the range added
When you stand next to the car you can hear it clicking on and off if it goes below 1.4 kw ..this can happen frequently on a cloudy day

Can you educate us please—From what % and range left did you have the car trying to persuade you to get to a charger. Also did you get any loss of power or speed and if so when and what was power loss ?
I believe I was reminded of the need to charge at 20% with an orange warning and then 10% with a red warning. I suffered no loss of power or speed

Hi All, Update on my EV3 GT Line S, I received the replacement vehicle this morning, exactly same EV3, just Pistachio Green as opposed to our old car which was Burnt orange, when I was at the dealership, the tech said that they finally replaced the ICCU on our existing car and it rectified the problem, it’s charging ok now, but this was too late as all the paperwork had been finalized yesterday on the replacement car, Apparently our car was a test case, so they could see what the result was.
Hopefully my new EV3 will be problem free!

I took my car into the dealer this morning, had a chat with the service manager and explained what was happening - charge rate dropping to 1.4KW after an hour or two.

He said that, rather than using one of their 11KW chargers, he'd get them to try it on their normal 7KW unit.

I got a notification about an hour ago to say that the car was charging.

I just checked a couple of minutes ago, and it was showing a charge rate of 1.4KW in the Kia app.
Now showing "not plugged in".

Charge state has risen by 4%, range increased by less than 20 miles, since I dropped it off.

Assuming that the Kia app is giving me real-time data, it seems that the fault is showing up for the dealer

This is exactly the same thing that happened to me, the app does indeed show real time, as per my previous comments, it was indeed the ICCU at fault.
I would wager a guess that the ICCU is at fault with your EV3 also.
