Hi,

I need to compare ECALL/CUBIS modules of EV3 which is sold in UK and Turkiye.

Dealer says it is not possible to use Kia Connect Service because of hardware limitations which is sold in Turkiye. But I do not believe them. Thats why I want to compare it myself.

Would you mind if I ask you to share information about ECALL/CUBIS module information , if you have OBDII ELM327 hardware.

I tried .. The app is not avaible at he play store for this region. I found the apk file and tried to install but not installed.

I need to confirm manufacturer spare part number for ECALL/CUBIS module. We can force the Kia Turkiye to serve the connected services if the part is capable to handle connected services.

So the issue is going to be a Google one given the app is not avaiable in your area. So Kia have no part in this.

Can you use a VPN to change location and then download app?

As suggested by @Masklin opera browser has built in vpn,others are available.

You said you found the apk file but it wouldn't install, sometimes you need to change the android security settings in your phone to allow the installation of files from unknown sources, by default it often only allows files to be installed from trusted platforms like play store. For information the latest Kia apk file is 93.4 Mb I don't have Car Scanner so can't help with that, sorry. information
