has anyone else had an issue of Kia EV3 not going into any gear after switching on. I seem to have intermittent problem with this and it would help with dealer if I knew if this was an isolated problem or not. Only had car less than 4 weeks and am considering rejecting car

I press the foot brake, power the car on, put my seatbelt on and then select F or R. I guess it carries over from when I learned to drive and I was told to ‘let the oil circulate for a few seconds once the engine starts’ so I’ve always used that ‘oil circulation‘ pause to put the seatbelt on
