I've been having issues with having the ESP OFF light coming on when I switch the engine on, and also my Power Steering needs a jiggle and then the light goes off.

Any ideas? I fitted a new battery today and still happening.

This usually happens when I have disconnected battery (ceed 2009), after 5 -10 start up's it will clear. No fault code even when light on.

I have had a new battery fitted today, but it was doing it before that? Been doing it intermittently for a couple of weeks now.

Maybe give it a few days to clear?

worth a try but might need a obd reader to see if any codes as been doing it for a while
