Low battery voltage ??
I had a fairly 'full house' of dash lights on our Sportage with a weak battery.

Yep check fuses and battery voltage. Lots of people have had issues with batteries now many are doing fewer miles / going in to the office less. Recommend a CTEK charger or a Noco. They are great and the CTEK charger's recond mode can restore and extend the life of a battery (as long as it isn't already completely shot!)

Given the age of the vehicle and the time laid up it sounds like a poor earth connection probably caused by a build up of corrosion. The first thing to check is any earth points from the battery. There is usually a bolt around the inner wing with wires leading to the battery. Undo the bolt and remove any rust on the bolt, body and wiring ends. You may see other similar points under the bonnet. Check these in the same way.
