This fault comes up about twice a week, but only if driving on a motorway for about 20 minutes at 70 MPH so speed seems to be a factor. Just driving around town or a roads, you never see it.

Luckily I can clear it until it comes up again, but would love to get it fixed once and for all.

So far I have changed the MAF sensor, and the air filter as it was filthy. Any suggestions what to try next?

Engine is the D4EA diesel.
