This should not be an issue if the engine management light is on then they have to look at what the problem is even if its just for there own satisfaction,7 years warranty should ensure that, am I wrong here but this seems a NO brainer here.

My last car was a jaguar, any warning light was just that jaguar would not let you move the car once the problem was reported, it was in there own interest what are kia doing, I don't like where this is going, its not my car we are talking about but the service kia have given in this instance makes me very very worried.

Ok so all you good folk have done the work that they should have done the first time it was taken into the work shop at Kia, sorry but 7 year warranty is starting to run very thin.
