That could be right, but on the Picanto ori file. Both EGR maps have their maps with the EGR closed for a IQ of 33 to 40. Even if they do a static RPM test their could be and error between 12 to 18%.Portugal tests their cars between 2500-3000 RPM.
In the first map it goes from 20 to 45 of IQ for 2500-3500RPM "I think that its for a cold engine".
With a galleto you could always put original ori file once a year for the MOT check
