Is Sport+ (aka kill me mode) the same as Sport but with the TC off? So you can get the same effect by being in Sport mode and pressing the slippy car button or are there other differences?

I'm pretty sure sport+ fully turn off TC, automatic braking, collision detection etc; then at least partially turn off stability control. A la track mode. I'd check the manual to confirm, though.

The ESC button has two states by the way, press once which turns off TC, then press and hold which turns off TC and SC (fully). For the brave, that.
