Get the battery tested as there could be a few dead cells. If battery ok then there could be a drain on it. Something in the electrical system is drawing a current from the battery when the car is not used.
Once you have found out if the battery is good connect an ammeter between the battery post and the lead clamp. Make sure the ammeter is at least a 30amp one. Have everything switched off and see if there is a current draw on the ammeter. If there is you will have to test each live circuit on the car.
A possible cause could be a fault in the radio as this was noted I think on the Ceed model.
