We're very keen to know more about your concerns as we issue upgrades to improve your experience. If there's a problem with an upgrade, we need to look into it right away.

As you've not mentioned which upgrade has gone wrong, we're unable to confirm if it can be reverted back to the original software.

Please get back in touch with us as soon as possible as we want to help you. This is best either by phone or private message so we can address your concerns quickly.
