The different times to be able to access head unit seems to be a std kia feature. It's the same on all ours.

Had a interesting experience today. Using maps. Set off got about a mile & stopped at traffic lights. Noticed speed limit was wrong, looked a bit more & location was half a mile back 🤪 Switched to Waze which gave right position & speed limit. Tried to switch back to maps. No go. None of the...

Apart from none of the buttons functioned! Just a beep - no other response...

There is a small reset button. Often near volume knob. This from my Niro.

Thats it just give it a short press with a pen etc & it reboots the system.
