I tried to do this once. First you have to prize the whole panel out with a stanley knife or something slim. do it VERY CAREFULLY otherwise you'll wind up scratching the plastic and that doesn't look good.
Once you get it out there are a couple of those snap lock electrical joints which you can undo allowing you to move the whole thing to a work bench.
I have to admit that at this stage I could not see an obvious way of removing/disassembling the switches without breaking them, so on balance I felt it best not to bother trying and to reassemble the whole thing. Bottled it really.
If you have any more success than me with the individual switches I would be grateful for any advice.
