Hello all, I am a new member of the Forum, having recently purchased a 1 year old Ceed 1.6 CRDi.So far so good, I have covered 2000 miles in less than 6 weeks and am very impressed with its driving and fuel economy, however I find it a bit difficult to judge where the back is when reversing so plan to fit a set of reversing sensors onto the car.All the units I have seen (on EBay) take their power supply direct off the wire to the reversing light bulb, so that all the electrical current they draw will be taken from that line.

Having fitted a towbar to my last car (a Volkswagen) where I had problems and ended up fitting a unit which isolated the trailer current from the rear light feeds I am concerned that I might have a similar problem with the Kia.
Has anyone done this mod to their car, and if so were there any issues?

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
