I have an 03 sedona, and a couple of days ago it developed an annoying fault.
if driving down the road, and you are just touching the throttle (ie to keep at the same speed, not speed up, or slow down) it keeps going as though its cutting out.
A couple of times, coming up to a junction, it has just upped and died, for no apparent reason, and has started up again absolutely fine.
I have left the car on tick over for 30-40 mins, no problems, it just seems to be this first bit of throttle thats an issue, is there a throttle position sensor on the deisel, or is it a fly by wire throttle with a throttle pot thats going??

There have been no engine management lights at all.

I have just given it a service, fresh set of oil and fuel filters (not done the air, it only had a full set in jan when I bought the car, but it had been sat a while on a forecourt.

Is it worth chucking a fuel system cleaer in, or do I have bigger problem (hope not)

I would put some fuel system cleaner / injector clean in it could be a bit of sludge or something from the fuel tank car garages like to leave as little fuel in cars as possible and drive them like that . Give it a they i'f not at least that's one thing off list :)
