Can someone tell me what these connectors are called, what they do and where can i get the female versions of them.

Look like audio iso connectors. I’m assuming that’s the back if the stereo?

certain plugs for speakers use a known standard, but if your stereo also controls or is controlled by other aspects (steering controls) or uses voice controls these other plugs may be different or use adaptors to connect to an aftermarket stereo.

The blue one is an ISO connector. The white one is too over exposed to see it clearly. I don't know what the black one is
