Hi

Im a new Kia Self-charging hybrid owner and really like the car- including getting to grips with its various warning noises. However the car is now displaying information in kms not miles- how do I get back to displaying info in miles. I dont recall touching anything to change the data.

What type of display do you have on the head unit?
Type 1 (black/white)
Type 2 (Purple)

Type 2 has a setting in the head unit which switches from km to miles
Type 1 is via the controls on the steering wheel (I think)

I know for sure that with Type 2 how it is set on infotainment makes a difference. As when trying to link up profile it kept switching to KM despite being set to Miles on steering wheel.

... and I just checked it in my MY2020 HEV and it is only via the settings on the steering wheel to set NOT via the AVN! I have a type 2 AVN.
