Open glove box then look at the sides on the inside of box and you will see what they call as 2 stoppers on either side take them out and the glovebox lid will lower down. Not sure if it will unclip so you can take it away. Look behind it and you will see a rectangular plastic cover I think on one side there is a clip or knob you press or squeeze and the cover comes away so you can lift out pollen filter.

so that means i have been told the wrong info and bought 1 for nothing but i can see a housing for a filter and feel a filter in it behind the glove box.i had it regassed last year now its not cold at all but was last year,im not sure why

just to let other owners know there isn,t a pollen filter to change on 2004 model,had it confirmed today at a a/c garage,but mine has i very small leak so needs gassing again only had it done 13months ago.at least i can get my money back on the filter
