This message above is just to inform you if you did not get a letter re this problem. This can happen during a sale of vehicle and DVLA records have not been updated so the letter is sent to previous owner.

Cant knock the accuracy of the name......burner...... i have read of at least 4 fires like this in the USA.... so make sure you get your cars checked.
