Depends on what you call blue down our way (Lancashire) not only would it fail and MOT your likely to be reported by the Police I kid you not If its the daylight bulbs your ok but you need to remove the lamps both front and back to do it
The front are 2 10mm or 12mm bolt and a bit of togging the rear are two philips screws and slide the units rhs to the right lhs to the left and they will pop out

hi, i may have confused u on bulbs it shouldhave been ice blue, i was told i would need
some box of tricks to increase power to bulbs
but if that is the case i dont want to go messin
about with wiring

If u want hid blue as per BMW Audi merc u can buy kits with control unit around £80 which I think just plug in .I'm not sure if u got to do any extra wiring though but if u buy xenon White bulbs it's just take light unit out and change bulbs I done it this way and put 9 SMS led light in side light which does look wicked especially in face lift model due to clear lens type lights...
