hi all i have an 06 sedonda 2.9

a few weeks back i went to put it in gear at a traffic light and the clutch pedal stayed down i managed to get it to come back up the a few days later this happened again but this time when i got the clutch pedal back up it seems like it was not connected to anything if i push it down it stays there if i pull it up it stays there, i have had the slave cylinder changed i am getting the master cylinder changed tomorrow and hes going to bleed it but i have read that it needs pressure bleeding but the mechanic told me that would blow the seals on the cylinders and that he recommends vacuum bleeding does anyone have any ideas as i dont want to destroy the new clutch cylinders
cheers jason

Worth checking that the pedal bracket is not broken.Common issue breaking and being welded and breaking again on weld.Just bleed normally.Edited by: BIRDMAN
