Hello and welcome to the forum.
I suspect members will need more information:-
  • Is it the lights on both sides?
  • Have you checked both bulbs?
  • Are the fuses okay?

Yes, both bulbs working, all fuses working, it's a tricky issue, I've read here it's happened to other niros, same way.
So when I change/ switch to the beam, it slightly changes, you can see it in front of a wall, but not how beam was or should be
Thanks

2019 - should still be under warranty, take it back to the dealer - if you mess around yourself you could loose warranty support.

Your right, my mistake, I hadn't noticed the age. I would also be straight to the dealer with it.

Do you have auto main/dip? If there are street lights or oncoming vehicles mine automatically dips.
I think you can force it on by pressing the main beam switch twice.

The OP said the Blue High Beam indicator came on - so the High Beams should be on. On my Stonic the auto high beam switches the blue HB indicator off /on as the lights come off/on.

My 2020 facelift model has only one bulb (an HB3) for dip and main beam. There is a mask in the projector headlight which moves to block/unblock the light for dip/main beam. Was the earlier (pre-facelift) model the same?
