Is this the main traction battery or the 12V battery?

 

I believe its the main one, but after i did some research i think its okay. Its just saying that the battery temperature is low and has to be conditioned before a DC charge take place. Its just too cold outside in the last few weeks and i guess this is the reason

 

Drive Battery pre conditioning will not kick in below 20%.

Don't worry if it is not pre heated & you use DC charger. BMS will throttle power to battery, as well as use power to heat up the battery.

Top tip: If you’re on a long drive and put a DC charger as your destination (e.g. an IONITY) the car will automatically start battery conditioning at the right time so it’s optimal by the time you get there

 

In my EV6, I was playing with the EV settings, and there's a winter driving setting which apparently warms the battery, I guess at the expense of some range?
