Pretty sure that this is only availble on the ccNC head units. Which the Sportage does not have.

Although you can use Android Auto or Apple Car play to stream it via your own account.

It certainly not an option I've seen on the Kia system, in fact I don't think the Sportage media system can stream any music directly. You can stream from your phone via Bluetooth.
