Had the second service (20,000 miles/2 years) done today. Car was booked in for 10am. I arrived just before 10:00 and was met by a pleasant lady in Service Reception whose name now escapes me. She took my keys, and said the technician would be starting on my service very shortly. I left, and walked to the local shopping area for a coffee and returned aboout 11:45. The car was not quite ready, so I looked at the cars they had for sale, including the new EV6. Two of the salesmen came over and although told I was not in the market for another car, spent time talking about my Niro HeV, and the new model which is coming out later this year. About 30 minutes later my car was returned to me, fully serviced and also washed.

Full marks to Allen Kia for their customer service and an efficient and pleasant experience.
