I am in a dilemma.
My 2011 Sportage has developed a serious fault with the all wheel coupling, but I am too that there is no replacement in the country and no-one has any idea when there will be. The Sportage is my sole vehicle, and it looks as if I will have to "write it off", but as someone in my 70's I cannot afford to buy a decent second hand car.
I am looking for ideas on locating a replacement coupling or another solution to my problem.

Ebay might be a option.
While one may not be showing check to see if any sellers are breaking a 2011 sportage. As they do not list every part for sale. (y)
There are at least 5 if you search "breaking 2011 sportage"

I think there are a lot of freelanders driving about with no rear prop and the vcu coupling was a stupid idea in the first place and I daresay the sportage is the same...as soon as the tyres wear a bit they cause problems?
