I have a 2012 Kia Sportage which is out of warranty. The reversing camera started off going blurry then stopped working altogether.
I didn't want to pay the extortionate fee that Kia wanted to replace it and bought one on eBay: 4-LED-Car-Rear-View-Camera-Reverse-Backup-CCD-Fit-for-Kia-Sportage-2011-2015
I took out the old one which had corroded badly and have managed to fit the above camera. It works for about 3 seconds initially once the car hasn't been used for a while then it starts to flicker like an old TV making the image virtually unviewable.
Has anyone replaced the reversing camera with an aftermarket camera with any success?
