I suspect it's a poor connection to one of the sensors or a faulty sensor. Anyway, here's the wiring info from the manual, hope it helps...

It's worth checking the basics like fuses, connections etc before you spend money.

My Rio has 2 OBD ports. One under the bonnet, one under the dash behind a removable panel to the right of the steering wheel. It takes a standard OBD connector.

Looks like you can get the whole wheel bearing/ABS/hub assembly:
