Hi all any one know if the new gt line has the iMT gear change or is it just straight forward manual shifting have one ordered here in Ireland thanks

I notice nobody has replied, I would guess because nobody has one yet and I believe test drives won't be available in the UK until February. But I'm happy if I am probed wrong.

Aren't Kia automatics all DCT now?

No the hybrid and plugin hybrid sportage is a 6 speed torque convertor auto.

That's interesting. Niro has DCT in spite of being hybrid. So Kia must have observed TC + hybrid is a better combo than DCT + hybrid. Few years back manufacturers said DCT is better than TC and now they are back to TC.
