Hi. I'm not sure if the Venga wheels will fit a Cee'd..would have to find out. What sort of money would we be talking and where are you located?

Looking on the net they are the same pcd and centre bore the offset is 46 on the alloys tyre sizes aree 205 50 17 and they are all verygood continentals. Looking for £450 can arrange delivery .
