Hey
So my mum has kia and i want to "do something with electronics". I made a device that opens garage doors automatically when you are 50m away from home.
It runs of usb so i need 5V. I was thinking that if i take out the cigarette lighter port and step the 12V down to 5V it can work normally and i can hide it behind the dasboard so you don't even know it's there.
Here is my question. Does anyone know how do i disassemble the "tray under the dashboard" where the USB port and two cigarette lighter ports are. The exact model of the car is 2017 KIA CEED EX VISION
