Hello people.. πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹

I am really wanting to get much better fuel economy, as atm I only get 16mpg.

Yes at times I drive hastily, but in 20mph areas I happily sit just below 20mph.

Firstly I am wondering if there are any recommendations for ECU tuning and secondly a digital dash, as I am finding the needle rather inaccurate.

Oh and also have a Stop Start "traffic emissions thing" put on it.. β˜ΊπŸ™‚

Cheers πŸ‘

That does seem very low and perhaps you need to discuss with your dealer. I have a 66 plate Venga 3 1.6 auto and last year my average was 28 mpg. Admittedly I do a lot of short journeys an if I am just running around locally it goes down to an average of around 25 mpg, with the worse being 22 mpg. 16 mpg seems exceptionally low.

Firstly forget the ISG (stop start thing) it will bring only frustration.

Mine is a 66 plate (Jan 17) I get about the same as Lancelot on long flat runs. I use the cruise control nearly all the time as it makes a huge difference to the mpg.

Are the brakes binding? Get out and feel the wheel rims after a run; they should be warmish only, not hot unless you have been doing hard braking. (Assuming UK winter)
