Forum newbie here. I have a 14 plate rio 1.1 crdi. around 79k.
just had major service done which was due but also had intermittent acceleration loss for a couple of months which I thought the new fuel filter would help but no.
no fault code is showing and I have had the engine professionally flushed So no blockageS.
I no longer have intermittent surges back to normal acceleration but now it just doesn’t have the torque and it takes a while to get to 70/80mph.
the start stop warning light flashed orange the other day when it had a rare moment of accelerating normally, but that has gone and no fault code came up.
it has also started to sound a bit rattling and rough when trying to get it to accelerate hard.
any ideas?
